    With fourteen years at The Heldrich and over twenty years of hospitality experience, Nicole is driven by a commitment to precision and polished execution.     With four years at The Heldrich and more than eight years of combined experience in event planning and customer service, Kristen thrives in fast-paced environments. She genuinely enjoys the “hair on fire” phone calls, because for her, every challenge is simply an opportunity to say, “I can help.” Known for anticipating client needs, Kristen brings proactive energy and thoughtful attention to every event. Outside of work, she’s an avid world traveler, makes candles from scratch at home, and serves on the Emerging Leaders Committee at the Middlesex County Chamber. A lifelong competitive cheerleader, she brings that same team spirit and drive to every celebration she plans.

Known for her calm demeanor under pressure, Tiffany guides clients confidently through each step of the planning process, ensuring they feel supported from start to finish. When she’s not creating memorable events, she enjoys traveling, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and spending time with her mini Goldendoodle, Ash.
