• To accommodate our ADA guests our entrances to the hotel are ADA accessible.
• The Heldrich Hotel & Spa is self parking only. Please note self parking handicap spaces in the front circle drive of the hotel are available.
• Front drive is well paved.
• Elevator is located to the right of the front desk can allow guests to access all ADA Rooms & Meeting Space as well as Pool Area.
• The Pool is wheelchair accessible. An ADA Pool lift is available.
• The Restaurant and Bar are accessible via a ramp across from the Front Desk.
• Guide dogs and service animals welcome and do not incur a pet fee.
• Braille & tactile signage available for meeting space, restaurant, restrooms and guest rooms.
• Additional directional signage is not in Braille however staff will accommodate guests who are blind or have low vision, by offering assistance with printed & visual information.
• ADA rooms have strobe lights for alerting hearing impaired guests in guest rooms & bath rooms for emergency situations & alerts.
