Our accommodations provide a friendly and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy. We offer guestrooms with accessibility in mind for comfort and convenience. ADA Accessible rooms are handicap accessible with a variety of accessibility features including bathrooms with grab-bars and roll-in showers, full length mirrors and ADA door with peephole at mid level.
Roll in Shower ADA door with peephole at the mid-door level. Room is appointed with 2 double beds, 1 chair and a desk which will accommodate a wheelchair. The Bathroom has a 36" sliding door with a roll under sink. Two grab bars are situated around the toilet area for accessibility. Equipped with roll in shower, two grab bars positioned around the area with a hand-held shower. A full length mirror is appointed on the wall outside the bath area

To accommodate our ADA guests our entrances to the hotel are ADA accessible.
The Heldrich Hotel & Spa is self parking only. Please note self parking handicap spaces in the front circle drive of the hotel are available.
Front drive is well paved.
Elevator is located to the right of the front desk can allow guests to access all ADA Rooms & Meeting Space as well as Pool Area.
The Pool is wheelchair accessible. An ADA Pool lift is available.
The Restaurant and Bar are accessible via a ramp across from the Front Desk.
Guide dogs and service animals welcome and do not incur a pet fee.
Braille & tactile signage available for meeting space, restaurant, restrooms and guest rooms.
Additional directional signage is not in Braille however staff will accommodate guests who are blind or have low vision, by offering assistance with printed & visual information.
ADA rooms have strobe lights for alerting hearing impaired guests in guest rooms & bath rooms for emergency situations & alerts.
