The Day Conference Plan (DCP)  

  • Conference rooms set to your specifications, with ergonomically designed chairs (based on room set), pads,pencils, and candies
  • Continuous refreshment/coffee breaks on our permanent kiosks
  • Lunch served in our dining room, Christopher’s    
  • LCD Projector in the General Session
  • Basic audio-visual equipment (one of each per 50 attendees):
  • VHS/DVD Combo
  • 27” Plasma monitor
  • Flipchart with markers
  • Podium with microphone
  • A Conference Planning Manager to assist in all aspects of planning and executing your program
