Come join us for the nationally recognized Open That Bottle Night event at Christopher's Restaurant. This year Open That Bottle Night celebrates its 11th year of tradition, and it's the 2nd Annual one at Christopher's!

Open That Bottle Night started with Dorothy Gaiter and John Brecher when they decided to share a bottle of rare wine with friends.  This concept of sharing delicious wines with loved ones and friends made for unforgettable memories and stories of the wonderful vintage wines they shared.  It caught on and as writers for the Tastings section of The Wall Street Journal, Dorothy and John were inundated with requests from readers for the opportunity to pop open that special bottle of wine they've been saving for the right occasion. Dorothy and John answered their requests with the creation of Open That Bottle Night.

Strategically set every year as the last Saturday in February, Open That Bottle Night gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy their own beloved wine with their favorite cuisine and most importantly, share the experience with the special people in their lives.
