3. What do you love about the hotel business? In this world of commoditization, I love being a part of an industry that places a high value on individual customer service.
4. What is your favorite thing about The Heldrich? I love the conference center concept and plan pricing. It makes planning and budgeting for meetings so easy and streamlined.

3. What do you love about the hotel business? The ability to make a difference in someone’s day while they are away from home. I love the service culture.
4. What is your favorite thing about The Heldrich? How we are unlike any other product in comparison. We have a chic atmosphere which attracts our guests and a humble staff which keeps our guests!

Susan Gallagher, Conference Services Planner

1. How long have you been in the hospitality industry? Approximately 28 Years
2. What was your first hospitality job? Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick as a food server
3. What do you love about the hotel business? The excitement, understanding the value of customer service, interacting with different cultures and keeping up with trends.
4. What is your favorite thing about The Heldrich? The hotel itself is very unique and offers so many amenities that are not offered by other hotels in the area
5. What is your favorite pass time? Spending time at the local shelters, finding forever homes for our four legged little friends, enjoying “fine” wines
6. Where did you grow up? Livingston, NJ, but enjoyed spending 14 years in Hawaii
7. Where is the one place you want to visit, but have never been to? Ireland. Hoping to vacation there next September 2013 with my 2 travel partners.
